1. Delivery Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₨250 applies to all orders, regardless of location or order value.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your city, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation call or message before your order is shipped.

4. Shipping Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS or email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

7. Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order is delayed or not delivered within 7 days, please contact our support team at info@reddish.pk or call +92 319 8095300. We’ll resolve the issue promptly with the courier partner.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and inform us immediately so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if applicable.
