1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose Cash on Delivery, and confirm your order.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

3. How much are the delivery charges?

We charge a flat Rs. 250 delivery fee on all orders, no matter where you’re located in Pakistan.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during sales or due to courier delays.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details. You can use those details to check your order status anytime.

6. What if I receive a wrong or defective product?

We’re sorry if that happens! Please share an unboxing video and contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review and arrange a return or exchange as per our policy.

7. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?

Yes. Exchanges are accepted only for wrong products, and returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items. Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, contact our team as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.

9. Do you restock sold-out items?

Yes! We restock trending pieces regularly. You can follow us on Instagram or Facebook (@reddish.pk) to stay updated on new arrivals and restocks.
